outing........destination:chinatown......

aloha.......the person above is called qucai.....real name is not important......but what is important is that it is the beginning of a very long outing to chinatown........well after a long wait for the rain to stop dripping......we the malaysian student of Carleton Uni manage to plan our escape from campus to chinatown........the picture above was taken inside the train below....well not that exact train but the same type of train....anyway this goes smooth like a criminal(hehe).....but after that......a group of senior want to take us to chinatown.....this is where hell struck...... first of all.....the seniors give us quite a confusing direction of where to meet them.....but we manage to overcome that.......once we reach a destination.....we have to wait in the cold of the after rain for 2 girls.....well i am not that mad for waiting in the cold because i am the one who invite them to join us......but i do feel guilty because sapet got sick from waiting.......sory sapet........

ok...after the waiting is over......we continue our misleaded adventure to chinatown......why i used the misleaded......because the seniors lead us to i don't know where....the road was soaking wet and the temperature was dem cold.......and we have to walk like around the chinatown to find a shop to buy malaysian stuff and a halal kfc....we walk n walk n walk n take picture......and after a long walk we decided that we are lost......n finally we take the bus..... finally we made it to the shop which is

this is the shop that the seniors want to bring us to........well a lot of malaysian cooking materials are here....and also snack that can't be found in wal-mart.......so all the tiring walk and coldness really pay off because i found "dodol" in the market.....here....let me show u......

this the dodol that i talk about....well the taste is not like what we have on hari raya but it is still a dodol in the middle of ottawa......i still can't believe my eyes...... it is dodol.......but after buying some maggies and admiring the dodol....we are off once again....but this time it is for something even bigger......it is for.........

it is the only kfc in ottawa that serve halal chicken......we got to eat chicken for dinner.....we were dem excited but the excitement was broken by the fact that the restaurant only serve the chicken as halal food but not the other product....so no toasted twister for me.....but we bought a barrel of fried chicken and eat it for morikh(do not know how to spell).....man i was full.....

after finish shoping we wait for the bus to get back home.....it was really tiring day......everyone was mad and happy and tired (of course)...but everything went pretty well although we got lost for 2 times during the outing....but it worth it.......plus we saw a lot of cool scene n i can snap more photo with my trustworthy K770i.........it is cool.......here are come picture i take

this a picture that brigthen me up after a exhausting day around Ottawa......

this is a snapshot of frawees......i like this picture.....it just show a malaysia in another country than malaysia.....this is a true "salam perantauan".....

this a church which i don't actually know why i take it although i am a muslim.....maybe i just like the architecture of the building.....it looks like a renaissance building....it makes me think of notredame.......

i guess that is all for now.....please to comment the picture also......i'm not a good writer n don't want to be one but i do want to be a better photographer.....hhehehe
